Spaced Learning Practice

FAQ

Plain answers for channel buyers comparing Spaced Learning Practice with LMS products, microlearning vendors, and end-customer teaching programmes.

Does this replace our LMS?

No. Spaced Learning Practice is a headless retention and transfer layer. It integrates with LMS/LXP, Teams, Slack and related channels via standards such as 1EdTech LTI and xAPI-style learning records. Completion records can stay where they are. We care about delayed readiness and transfer.

Are you another microlearning vendor?

No. Short content shown once is microlearning, not practice. An established enterprise interval-reinforcement vendor, a frontline daily-reinforcement enablement platform, and a multidimensional adaptive-learning vendor validate demand in adjacent categories. This practice differentiates on independent evaluation, white-label channel delivery, and human-assured item operations — not on inventing another consumer-style feed.

Is this workplace surveillance?

No. Data is minimised to delivery and agreed evaluation. Managers see team patterns and coaching cues, not a personal surveillance feed. Practice data is for learning and evaluation — not promotion, discipline, pay, or dismissal unless a separate, explicit agreement says otherwise. Purpose limits are written before launch. We do not monitor private communications.

Channel partner or end-customer?

This section is primarily a B2B channel offer: white-label and partner motion for consultancies, academies, LMS/LXP implementers and certification bodies. End customers who need teaching days should start at Organisations. Spaced Learning Practice sits beside organisational teaching programmes and free lessons — not instead of them.

How is this different from Digital Learning Practice?

Digital Learning Practice (where published) is teaching-led organisational practice after HTBD programmes. Spaced Learning Practice is the channel / white-label retention and transfer layer for partners and enterprises who already own academies and curricula. They are parallel offers, not substitutes.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Research supports a testable hypothesis: active practice distributed over time can improve durable performance on average. Heterogeneity is why measurement is part of the offer. We will tell you what moved and what did not. There is no guaranteed ROI and no universal forgetting-curve claim.

Do people get certificates?

No. Certificates measure attendance. Delayed retention and transfer measures are the success criteria here.
