Accessibility

This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA throughout. Where it does not, that is a defect and I want to know.

What has been done

Body text never sets below 16px, anywhere.
Ink on paper measures 15.95:1. Secondary text measures 5.77:1. The green measures 5.19:1, which passes AA but not AAA, so colour is never the only way anything is signalled — links are underlined as well as coloured.
Every page works with JavaScript switched off. The one script on the site draws a background line and steps the blog cards, and nothing depends on it — the cards also move by ordinary scrolling.
Every page works with images switched off.
Headings run in order, so a screen reader reads the page as a document.
Motion appears in two places: the cursor blink in the wordmark, and a slow wave line on the home page and the blog. Under a reduced-motion setting the cursor stops blinking and the line holds one still frame.
Text over the wave line sits on solid paper-coloured panels, so the line never reduces the contrast of any words.
Focus outlines are visible and are never removed.
There is a skip link, and it is the first thing you reach by keyboard.

There is no text-to-speech. Learn My Way has it and it is free.
There is no Welsh, and there will not be.
A screen reader pass and a keyboard pass by somebody other than me have not happened yet.
