No cookies. One third-party script: Google Analytics, running in its cookieless mode. Consent for analytics cookies is denied by default and nothing on this site ever grants it, so no cookie is set and nothing identifies you. What Google produces is an anonymous count of which pages get opened and roughly how often, used to see which lessons help and which sit unread. No tag manager, no session recording, no social widgets, no fonts loaded from somebody else's server.
Because no cookie is ever set, there is still no cookie banner. UK law requires consent before a site stores things on your device; this site stores nothing, so there is nothing to ask consent for. That is not a design decision, it is a consequence.
When a page loads, your browser makes one request to Google's analytics service. Google processes the technical details of that request to produce the counts, sets no cookie in this mode, and states that Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. If you block that request (most ad blockers do), every part of this site still works.
Video is loaded behind a facade. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play, and when you do the embed is youtube-nocookie. If you never press play, no third-party request is made.
The only personal data collected anywhere is what you type into an email if you choose to send one. There is no form on this site that stores anything.
