Three things that make this easier

The addresses are short on purpose. Every lesson address can be read aloud and written on a scrap of paper. A card leads to its own lesson, not to the front page, so somebody typing it in lands where you sent them.

Nothing asks for an email address. Not the cards, not the lessons, not the paths. Nobody you help will hit a sign-up wall after you have gone.

Every card has three blank lines on it. They are for what happened. People bring them back filled in, and what they write is more useful than any feedback form.
