# Copilot inside the apps

The same assistant in three places, doing three different jobs.

7 screens, about three minutes. Pictures, almost no words.

## One assistant, three desks.

*Picture: One box labelled Copilot with three arrows out to boxes labelled Word, Outlook and Teams.*

The same thing, sitting in different rooms.

## In Word it writes a first go.

*Picture: A page with ruled lines and an amber box beside it labelled draft this.*

A draft to argue with, not an answer.

## In Outlook it sorts.

*Picture: A dashed frame labelled Outlook holding eight small boxes, with a green box beside it labelled the three that matter.*

It reads the pile and says which need you.

## In Teams it catches you up.

*Picture: A box labelled a meeting you missed with an arrow to a green box labelled what was decided.*

What was decided, and what you were given.

## None of it sends anything.

*Picture: Three boxes in a row labelled it drafts, it sorts, it summarises, with a slate box beneath labelled you still send it.*

A person presses send. That is on purpose.

## Do today

Open a long email thread and ask Copilot what you have been asked to do.
