# Copilot Code

Build solutions in plain language.

Code lets people describe a tracker, dashboard, automation or small app in natural language. It is powered by the same underlying technology as GitHub Copilot, runs in a sandbox, and can be hosted with Copilot Managed Runtime inside Microsoft 365.

Professional developers continue to use standalone GitHub Copilot. Code in the Copilot app is for broader solution building. Billing uses Copilot Credits.
